First Aid Training

First aid training is one of our main specialities here at UKTraining 4 You. Over the years, we have recognised that first aid training is incredibly useful in a huge range of establishments due to the daily risks and hazards that we face not just in the workplace but also in other public places and at home. As an approved first aid training centre we have been working hard over the years to develop our first aid courses for a range of different ability levels and can adapt our first aid courses in order to suit your situation or specific establishment.

Our range of first aid courses include the three day long First Aid at Work training (as well as it's 2 day refresher), the one day Emergency First Aid at Work course, and the AED defibrillator course. Our courses are independently quality assured to ensure that the training is delivered to the highest possible standard. We can also deliver the two day Paediatric First Aid course designed for schools and other organisations that deal with children, please see the separate page for more information on the training.

Need an AED for your workplace?

Contact us for information on where to purchase one to be installed.

Each of the first aid courses cover a range of topics regarding different types of injuries and how to go about treating them. These include injuries that are more basic and wouldn’t require further treatment as well as how to treat serious injuries whilst waiting for aid from emergency services. Getting a good grasp on these techniques will give learners the knowledge and confidence to be able to assist an injured person effectively.

WE CAN DELIVER THE FOLLOWING COURSES ACCREDITED THROUGH TRAINING QUALIFICATIONS UK:

  • TQUK Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (RQF)
  • TQUK Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF)

First aid training professionals are highly trained with substantial experience in the field, usually with a background in the emergency services, and take pride in delivering the relevant first aid and health and safety information to clients on a daily basis.

As with all of our courses we are able to come to you, the training includes hand on practical sessions with industry recognised training mannequins and simulations of various injuries. Passing the exam at the end of the course will result in receiving a certificate to acknowledge your training as a first aider, the certificates last for three years however we recommend an annual refresher course for individuals undergoing the three day First Aid at Work course.
